I have asp.net project developed in VS2003, now I want to convert it to
VS2005 but to use it with file system not IIS how to do it ?

In VS 2005, choose Open Website.  Using the file system view navigate
to the folder your project is hosted in and select it.  VS 2005 will
automatically recoginze that there is a old proj file that is from a
previous version and then it would bring up the conversion wizard.

When it ask you to backup-up make sure to place the backup copy outside
the project directory.
