I want to play either MPEG or MOV files from my ASPX page.

Any good, free, video players for ASPX 2.0 pages or other suggestions?

Thanks y'all. ;)

Thanks John.  Is Windows Media Services necessary for this?  I'm not sure if
my hoster provides this.  Any other alternatives?
