Please help - Remot name could not br resolved

Hi all,

One of our client is getting the following error and I cannot narrow down
the issue. The message is:
Exception Details: System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was
closed: The remote name could not be resolved.
I'm not accessing a database, please help.
